Kerzner International is bringing its One&Only brand to Fiji's Yasawa Islands in 2029.
The ultra-luxury resort will be located on a 127-acre site on Nacula Island and be accessible from Nadi International Airport via a 30-minute seaplane ride.
The One&Only resort will have 40 guestrooms, suites and villas as well as 20 private residences. Amenities will include six dining venues and a Club One wellness center.
One&Only currently has 13 resorts, with the brand's first U.S. property, the One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana, slated to open this November.
