The Plymouth, a hotel that first opened in Miami Beach in 1940, is due to reopen in June after a renovation from owner Think Hospitality.

The Plymouth will have 110 rooms and will feature a sushi bar and other food and beverage operations from New York-based Blue Ribbon Restaurants.

The property’s updated oval lobby will have a mix of vintage and new furnishings, while its pool area will be designed with nooks and cantilevered daybeds.

Think Hospitality operates the Provacateur nightclubs in New York, Sao Paulo and Dubai.
