Sydell Group will reflag the Radisson
Hotel & Suites Austin Downtown as a Line hotel in 2018.
Sydell, along with investor
Ron Burkle, acquired the hotel earlier this year. The property sits on Lady
Bird Lake in downtown Austin.
About $75 million will be invested
to convert the 420-room property.
Sydell opened the first Line Hotel
in Los Angeles’s Koreatown in early 2014, and will open a second Line hotel in
Washington next year.
