Raffles Hotels & Resorts revealed plans for its first resort in North America, in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Expected to open in 2029, the Raffles Estera East Cape Resort & Residences will be located between San Jose del Cabo and Los Barriles in the East Cape area.
The resort will have 80 hotel rooms and 46 branded residences as well as seven food and beverage venues, including the brand's signature Raffles Long Bar and Writer's Bar. Plans call for a spa, multiple outdoor pools, a watersports center, children's and teen clubs, retail offerings and event spaces, including a ballroom.
The Raffles Estera East Cape will be Raffles' second property in North America. It opened a hotel in Boston in 2023.
Raffles is part of Accor's luxury brand portfolio.
