In addition, guests are invited to return between Sept. 6 and Dec. 24 with a matching return rate, honored for the same length of stay a second time.

The Savoy, a Fairmont Hotel, is featuring summer rates that provide a savings of up to 20% on regular rack rates. The rates are valid through Sept. 15.

Overnight rates at the London property start at around $329 per standard room, and when four or more nights are booked, the rates dip to around $309 per night.

Meanwhile, clients booking a River View Suite are afforded a special offer. When booking a three-night stay, the Savoy will offer the fourth night free, with rates starting at $655 per night.

The Ritz-Carlton Lodge at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Ga., added BBQ Butlers to its roster of specialty concierges.

Guests staying at one of the properties cottages or in the Presidential House have use of a BBQ Butler, who will help guests choose from a selection of meats, smoke wood, sauces and sides. The butler then prepares the made-to-order cookout.

The service of a BBQ Butler is priced at $245 and covers a take-home roasting kit, complete with recipe card and instructions to re-create the afternoon meal, a heavy-duty apron and a cookbook of Southern dishes. A la carte menu items are additional.

Weekend room rates, which are commissionable at 10%, for the two- and three-bedroom cottages start at $850 and $1,050, respectively. Rates for the four-bedroom Presidential House start at $4,000, through Nov. 19. Midweek rates also can be arranged.
