The Sheraton Centro Historico in Mexico City is scheduled for rebranding as the Hilton Mexico City Reforma by the end of the year.

The switch comes as the result of a new Hilton management agreement with the hotel’s owner, Immobiliaria Interpres.

The 458-room hotel, two blocks from Reforma Avenue, is scheduled for upgrades that will incorporate Hilton standards before its conversion to the Hilton brand. They include Hilton Serenity mattresses, linens, flat-screen TVs and Hilton amenities.

It will be the first Hilton in Mexico's capital city.
