The Setai is making its foray into the Caribbean, partnering with Altree Developments on a luxury St. Maarten resort scheduled to open in 2028.

The Setai St. Maarten will be a 205-room resort and residential complex at Indigo Bay. The project was initially unveiled in 2023 as Vie L'Ven. Plans still call for a Leading Hotels of the World affiliation.

Accommodations will range from one- to four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 620 to over 2,000 square feet, with the project's residences spanning up to 6,000 square feet.

The resort will feature a total of five restaurant concepts, including two -- Ocean Grill Beach Club and Jaya -- inspired by restaurants at The Setai Miami Beach. Additional amenities will include a 30,000-square-foot spa, three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a beach club with cabanas and butler service, a Les Clefs d'Or concierge team, children's facilities and water sports and nature reserve access.

The Setai has a Miami Beach resort and Israel properties in Tel Aviv and the Lake Kinneret region.
