SECAUCUS, N.J. -- Cahners Travel Group, parent of Travel Weekly,
named Steve Bailey, CTC, publisher of the Hotel Travel Index and
the Hotel and Travel Index International.
He formerly served as vice president of custom publishing for
Cahners. Bailey joined Travel Weekly in March 1991 as national
advertising manager.
Two years later Bailey was promoted to publisher of the Travel
Weekly group, a position he held for four-and-a-half years. The
group includes Travel Management Daily, TW Crossroads and Official
Cruise Guide.
Bailey also briefly served as publisher of Meetings &
Conventions, a Travel Weekly sister publication.
