DALLAS -- Ty
Warner Hotels & Resorts purchased the 61-room Las Ventanas al
Paraiso Resort in Los Cabos from Dallas-based JTL Capital for an
undisclosed sum.
The resort will
continue to be managed by Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. Ty Warner
Hotels is expected to invest a hefty sum expanding Las Ventanas
facilities, including its spa.
Other Ty Warner
properties are the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif., and
the Kona Village Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.
