The Cromwell's transformation into the Vanderpump Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip has begun.

Reservations for the reimagined rooms can be booked now for stays beginning in May.

The 188 renovated guestrooms and suites, designed by Lisa Vanderpump and business partner Nick Alain, will feature moss-green hues, touches of lavender and soft textures.

Mixed metals, such as gold accents and silver detailing, will bring what the designers call "depth and sexy elegance to the space." Reflective furnishings will help create an open, airy aesthetic.

"Taking the next step from restaurateur to hotelier and partnering once again with Caesars Entertainment on another extraordinary project has been such an exciting chapter for me," Vanderpump said. "Our vision was to create a room that feels like a true retreat, a calming escape just steps from the energy and excitement of the casino floor. The guestrooms are as beautiful as they are serene."

This will be the first hotel for Vanderpump, whose design sensibilities will touch the reception and check-in area, the gaming floor and common public areas. Custom furnishings and lighting fixtures will convey her "industrial romantic" style, and guests will see other playful hints of her personality throughout the resort.

"Lisa has this incredible way of turning her ideas into places where people genuinely love spending their time, and the Vanderpump Hotel will be no exception," said Sean McBurney, chief commercial officer and regional president of Caesars Entertainment. "Her creativity and passion for hospitality will make this hotel stand out in a highly competitive market, raising the bar for what a boutique hotel can be in Las Vegas and beyond."

Details on a new cocktail lounge she is designing for the resort are not yet available.

The Giada restaurant, Starbucks, the Interlude casino lounge, Drai's After Hours, the casino and sportsbook will remain open throughout the transformation. Soleia, the resort's now-closed pool, will reopen when the rooms become available.

Other Las Vegas venues with the TV personality's name are the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, the Vanderpump à Paris restaurant at Paris Las Vegas and Pinky's by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas.
