Waterstone Holdings, whose owners include longtime travel executive Brian Froelich, agreed to acquire hotel marketing representative JDB Fine Hotels & Resorts.
Waterstone, also owned by former Leading Hotels of the World executive Marcelo Vazquez, will complete the acquisition next month. No purchase price was disclosed.
JDB Fine Hotels, founded by Judith Davis Baer in 1978, represents about 120 hotels in Western Europe and Ireland, including three De La Ville hotels in Italy and De Vigny in Paris.
Froelich’s experience includes stints with American Express and Allied Tours.
