Richard Hodgson has been appointed CEO of Audley Travel after Nick Longman stepped down.

Longman will continue as a senior advisor for the luxury custom tour operator. He was CEO for more than seven years.
Audley chairman Richard Prosser praised Longman's leadership, crediting him for leaving "the business in extremely good shape" and leading the company's most profitable year in 2025.

Hodgson will take the helm March 23, based primarily in the U.K. He joins Audley with more than 30 years of experience in the grocery, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, restaurant and franchising sectors, including at British supermarket chains Waitrose and Asda.
He also was group CEO of Wonderfield, where he was credited with transforming the company into a global food business.
