Ed Jackson joins Dynamic Leisure Corp.: Travel Weekly

Dynamic Leisure Corp., a Tampa-based dynamic packaging wholesaler handling Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and U.S. destinations, hired Ed Jackson, former president and CEO of Runaway Tours, to direct the company's planned expansion further into Mexico and into Hawaii and the Pacific through its air contracts with American, Delta and Continental Airlines.

A 36-year veteran in the travel industry, Jackson headed Runaway Tours for 28 years before closing it in January 2006. At its height, Runaway serviced 10,000 travel agents. In addition, Jackson served as chairman of the U.S. Tour Operators Association from 2001 to 2003.

At Dynamic Leisure, Jackson joins Nigel Osborne, former president of Insight International Vacations, who serves as executive vice president and COO of Dynamic Leisure.
