The Hornblower Group is adding another company to its growing portfolio, Australian travel group Journey Beyond.
Journey Beyond has 13 brands that operate in 60 destinations throughout Australia. Its offerings include rail expeditions, cruises, and lodges and camps.
Some of the company's experiences are trips to the Melbourne Skydeck, one of the highest observation decks in the Southern Hemisphere; ferries to protected nature preserve Rottnest Island off the coast of Perth; and Outback Spirit's small-group outback tours.
The acquisition is one among several that Hornblower has made in the past two years.
Hornblower is the parent of American Queen Voyages and City Experiences.
