The International Inbound Travel Association (IITA) has
tapped Lisa Simon to serve as the organization’s executive director.

Formerly the Receptive Services Association of America
(RSAA), IITA had named Lisa Simon interim executive director in November. IITA
is a trade group that represents the U.S. inbound travel industry.
Prior to this new role, Simon served as president of the
National Tour Association (NTA) from 2006 to 2013.
IITA changed its name in February and has since launched
a new website.
