Universal Orlando Resort has introduced UNI, an AI-powered assistant for travel advisors.
UNI was designed to help agencies plan clients' vacations faster and more efficiently, Universal said.
Universal said the assistant can answer planning and product questions, compare vacation package options, provide custom PDF quote sheets that can be shared with clients, offer personalized recommendations based on guests' needs and access sales and marketing materials.
UNI can be accessed via Universal's booking portal.
