WASHINGTON -- ARC advised travel agents that Universal Studios
raised prices on some of the admission tickets that can be sold
through ARC.
In addition, the company now has a single one-day pass valid for
either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Studios Islands of
Adventure. Previously, there were two passes, each with a separate
code, even though they cost the same. The price increased from $44
to $46 for an adult; $35 to $37 for a child, plus tax.
For Universal Studios Escape passes, which include admission to
both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Islands of
Adventure, the price of a two-day pass went from $79.95 to $84.95
for an adult; $64.95 to $69.95 for a child. The three-day Escape
pass remains at $99.95 for an adult, $79.95 for a child.
At Universal Studios Hollywood, the one-day pass increased from
$39 to $41 for an adult; $29 to $31 for a child. However, prices of
the two-day pass stayed at $55.50 for an adult and $42 for a
child.
Agents can use the ARC tour order to sell the products, take the
10% commission up front and remit the remainder in their regular
weekly ARC sales reports.
Complete ticketing instructions are on ARC's Web site at www.arccorp.com
