Host agency Avoya Travel (No. 37 on Travel Weekly's Power List) has named Julie Howard vice president of partnerships and Kameish Stanley vice president of strategic growth.
Howard joins Avoya from Signature Travel Network, where she spent more than 20 years, most recently leading its cruise partnerships. At Avoya, she will oversee the agency's global partner strategy.
Stanley joins Avoya from Oasis Travel (No. 53 on the Power List), where she was most recently chief commercial officer. In her new post, she will develop a luxury-focused initiative for travel advisors and oversee growth initiatives.
Additionally, Avoya has made some internal leadership alignments.
Mickey McBride was named vice president of sales, focused on advisor success and sales performance.
The host agency is also instituting a Network Success structure with three senior directors leading the initiative.
Kerry Fredericks will lead support, overseeing relations with independent agencies as well as customer service. Gina Hoyt will lead learning, focused on Avoya Academy, network expansion and early advisor success and enrichment Leading sales will be Danny Dobrott, focused on brand sales, Avoya's contact center and its Independent Agency Advocacy Board.
Avoya said Andy Craig will continue as vice president of marketing and Viola DeVelasco will continue as vice president of groups.
"By strengthening both our external partnerships and internal support structure, we are better positioned to help our advisors sell more, earn more and grow their business," CEO Phil Cappelli said.
