The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board has launched
an agent specialist program providing access to training.
The BVI Secrets Revealed Travel Agent Specialist Program is
accessible by website and mobile app. Its three areas of content are
Destination Discovery, Product Showcase & Supplier Directory, and the Sales
Toolbox. Agents can access videos, brochures, presentations and maps, and can
filter properties to find ones that fit their clients’ needs.
Once agents have completed the specialist program exam, they
will be eligible for one-on-one webinars with business development managers and
on-site training.
Specialists are eligible to win a complimentary trip. A
rewards program is expected to start this year.
Specialists will receive continuing education credits from
the Travel Institute, marketing materials and access to discounted rates.
