Brownell Travel (No. 44 on Travel Weekly's Power List) has promoted David Harris to president. Troy Haas moves into the role of chairman.
David Harris
Harris has been with Brownell since 2022, most recently as COO and CFO. He brought 30 years of experience in executive management, finance and operations to Brownell when he joined the agency two years ago.
Haas has been with Brownell for more than 30 years. He became its sole owner in 2023.
"As we continue to build on the core strengths of Brownell and lean into an exciting future, I am delighted to have David's talent and heart at work for our Brownell community," Haas said in a release. "As I often say, David is a bit of a 'unicorn' as he is a finance and operations professional whose true passion is helping others grow and succeed."
