Brownell rebrands its mentoring program to Brownell Startup: Travel Weekly

The Brownell Mentoring program, now in its 20th year, has been refreshed and rebranded as Brownell Startup.

Startup is designed for new-to-the-industry advisors. It will host three classes each year with no more than five students per class. Over the course of nine months, the advisors will work with the Brownell team to build sustainable businesses, and they'll have access to Brownell training, tools, best practices and community collaboration.

It is a sister to Brownell's Catalyst and Hosting programs, which are designed for advisors who come to Brownell with experience.

The reimagined Startup includes updates based on graduate feedback, industry updates and technology changes.
The beta class of the new program began in October, with the next starting in February.

"Travel has changed leaps and bounds since 2006, and while our mentoring program stood the test of time, we have made some changes to ensure it remains a one-of-a-kind experience in the industry," said Kerry Dyer, Brownell's chief development officer. "Prioritizing the human connection has allowed this program to be successful over the last 20 years, and that will continue to be a core tenet of the program."
