Carnival Cruise Lines has introduced an online group booking tool for travel agents.
The new tool, available within BookCCL.com, enables agents to select/modify cabin assignments for groups; select/modify cabin type (balcony, interior, etc.); enter/modify detailed guest information; assign/modify cities for cruise air; submit cruise payment information by posting a credit card payment or check number; assign/modify pre- and post-cruise land packages; assign pre-paid gratuities; and add Carnival’s vacation insurance.
Agents can use the group booking tool for sailings departing Sept. 1 and beyond. Tutorials are available on BookCCL.com.
