Carnival has introduced a
library of ship tutorials for agents, giving them details about all 24 Carnival
ships.
The tutorials are housed in
Carnival Passport, the cruise line’s online training portal for travel agents.
Information in the tutorials
includes facts such as ship tonnage, number of staterooms, information about
dining, entertainment, onboard activities and features.
It holds menus for all dining
venues throughout the fleet, itineraries and port descriptions, shore
excursions and sales and marketing tips for each ship.
Participants earn points in
Carnival’s Travel Agent Rewards program for completing each tutorial.
