Global tour operator Collette has launched a new incentive program for 2021 bookings.

The company said it will pay advisors $500 for every five new domestic trips booked and $1,500 for every 10 new bookings that include at least five trips in the U.S.

"With the ongoing vaccine rollout, and domestic travel in high demand, we want to give agents the opportunity to earn more on the travel experiences that their clients want now," said Christian Leibl-Cote, senior vice president of global business at Collette.

The incentives are good on all new trips booked between March 8 and June 30. They will be paid within 30 days following the quarter that guests travel.

The incentives are combinable with the advance commission program the company launched last year to help advisors during the pandemic. Under that program, the company offers agents partial commission payments of up to $200 for 2021 travel in the month after deposits are paid. Advisors keep the partial commission payments even if the guest cancels.
