Dream Vacations and CruiseOne have introduced new training tailored to an advisor's experience level in the industry.

The Foundation Series is geared toward new advisors. The monthly webinar series will include topics like the network's proprietary booking engine, selecting suppliers, quoting and travel requirements.

The Masterclass Series is designed for more established advisors. Also a monthly webinar, the series will feature World Travel Holdings leadership and guests from throughout the industry. It will focus on leadership, budgeting, people management and team building, groups, and personal branding.

A three-day Business Intensive class is being offered for established CruiseOne/Dream Vacations franchisees. The class, which is interactive and hands-on, will focus on commission tracking and reports, tracking marketing efforts, sales analysis, and in-depth features of Dream Vacations/CruiseOne's booking engine.

Business Intensive will be offered twice at Dream Vacations/CruiseOne headquarters in Fort Lauderdale and once virtually.

Dream Vacations/CruiseOne said its Learning Center has seen a usage rate increase of 30% compared to this time last year. To meet that need, the franchisor has committed to adding more than 2,000 modules for franchisees and advisors.

The franchisor's new training offerings will be accompanied by its existing Regional Trainings, Immersive Education Series and national conference.
