First in Service Travel in New York (No. 35 on Travel Weekly's 2023 Power List) has named Sherman Snyder its CFO.
CEO Fernando Gonzalez said Snyder's industry experience will bolster expansion efforts, particularly his knowledge of the independent contractor business model.
Snyder was most recently CFO of the Santa Fe Recovery Center in New Mexico. Before that, he spent 12 years as Altour executive vice president and CFO. (Altour is now Internova Travel Group's corporate and entertainment division.)
Before his tenure at Altour, Snyder was director of financial management information systems at American Express and international controller at SatoTravel.
