FAIRFAX, Va. -- Arbiter William McGee ordered the following
agencies to turn in any remaining ticket stock and plates to the
Airlines Reporting Corp.:

of Matteson, Ill., which he said relinquished some stock after
losing ARC accreditation last September but failed to account for
1,058 tickets.Cardel Cruises Inc. (doing business as Cardel Cruises and
Travel) of Las Vegas, which he said "cooperated with ARC" in
surrendering its stock after losing accreditation in July but has
yet to account for 70 documents.Cedar Travel/ A Minnesota Partnership (doing business as Cedar
Travel) of Owatonna, Minn., which he said failed to obtain a
required increase in its surety.Elias Travel Services of Denver, which McGee said lost
accreditation in October for breaches that included issuing tickets
on airlines that did not appoint it and refunding cash sales to a
credit card. ARC picked up most of the firm's ticket stock in
September, but 2,600 tickets are not accounted for, he said.NW Travel Inc. (doing business as Neway Travel) of Woodside,
N.Y., which McGee said lost accreditation in October.Travel Made Easy LLC (doing business as Travel Made Easy) of
Winfield, Kan., which he said lost accreditation in November.Travel Pac Inc. of Fairfield, N.J., which he said lost
accreditation in November for failing to pay fully for a default.
The arbiter's order to surrender the stock was directed at the
agency owners listed in ARC's records, who said they sold the
business to a person who was supposed to file an ownership change
with ARC but never did.
