OutsideAgents.com (No. 26 on Travel Weekly’s Power List) has named Lionel Garcia vice president of sales and agent development.

Garcia joins the Jacksonville, Fla.-based host agency with 22 years of experience. Most recently, he was director of strategic accounts at MSC Cruises USA, where his accounts included host agencies. Before that, he held positions with Azamara and Royal Caribbean International.
In his new role at OutsideAgents.com, Garcia will focus on growing preferred-supplier sales as well as enhancing the host agency’s training, education and technology.
