Virtuoso has named Melissa Araya vice president of cruise.

Araya rejoined Virtuoso in November as senior director of cruise. In her newly expanded role, she will work to further the consortium's growth in global markets and foster deeper engagement with member agencies and supplier partners.
Prior to Virtuoso, Araya was with Crystal Cruises, first as director of strategic partnerships then as vice president of international sales and marketing.
Araya has also held positions with Silversea Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Before that, she spent 18 years in executive roles with American Express.
