Agents to share experiences of making major tech changes

CHICAGO -- During the annual Travel Weekly Conference set for May 3 to 5 here, two travel agents will share their experiences with making major technology changes.

The speakers, in a session called How to Implement a Significant Change in Your Technology, will be Rebecca Martin, senior vice president at A&I Travel in Memphis, Tenn., and Raiford Pierce, president, Executive Travel Associates in Washington.
