EAST GREENVILLE, Pa. -- OneTravel.com, the Internet company partially owned by
Amadeus, launched a new Web site, CheapSeats.com,
which specializes in selling published and private international
air fares.
OneTravel.com said during the spring and summer, when
travel to Europe is hopping, the Web site will sell mostly private
fares.
Some of the fares will be opaque, with the consumer in the dark
about the carrier's identity until the ticket is purchased.
CheapSeats.com incorporates a $5 service fee for every
ticket sold.
