DALLAS -- John Davis III, chairman, president and CEO of Pegasus
Solutions here will be the headliner at the annual ResExpo travel
technology conference set for March 30 and 31 at the Fairmont
Dallas.
Other lead speakers will be Mike Hulley, president of EDS
Transportation Industry Practice, and D.J. Vallauri, vice
president, e-commerce and customer relationship management for
PrimeHospitality.
In addition, the show will include more than 20 panels,
presentations and workshops designed to provide practical advice
and solutions to reservations, operations, marketing and
distribution specialists in all segments of the travel
industry.
Planners said delegates will hear about real-life experiences of
colleagues, such as how one company grew its Internet bookings by
700% in one season and how a major hotel chain automated its
published and merchant inventory management and pricing for its
entire portfolio of properties across all channels of
distribution.
There will be a "practical workshop" series focusing on topics
like contract analysis, RFP management and wireless applications.
Finally, a trade show also will offer the products of more than 35
travel technology providers.
Travel Technology Source, based in Baltimore, Md., is the
producer of ResExpo, which it said usually attracts about 300
delegates. To register or for sponsor and exhibitor information,
