Tripadvisor has named John
Boris its chief marketing officer.
Most recently, Boris was the
CEO of experience marketplace IfOnly, which was acquired by Mastercard in 2019.
Before that, Boris held
several executive leadership roles: chief marketing officer of Shutterfly and
senior vice president of marketing at Zagat. He has also held senior
operational roles for Lonely Planet Americas, including executive vice president and managing director of
the U.S. business.
