Agents were urged to become more cognizant of the euro and its
impact on their business by speakers at Travel Weekly's Euro

running infomercials soliciting "associates" to sell Carnival
cruise products. This "associates" arrangement means that agents,
in theory, could find themselves competing with consumers for
