Comito most recently served as vice president of the Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association, a position he held for more than 10 years.

He currently serves as an officer and member of the board of directors for the Downtown Nassau Partnership.

He also held the post of deputy chairman of the board for the Bahamas Airport Authority and the Nassau Airport Development Co., where he helped guide the $410 million redevelopment of the Lynden Pindling Airport.
