Sandals Resorts' Sandals Royal Bahamian all-inclusive in Nassau is set to undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation ahead of its fall reopening.
The revamp is set to include a refurbishment of more than 200 of the property's rooms and suites, as well as the addition of "river suites" and other new features.
Sandals had previously planned to reopen the Sandals Royal Bahamian, which has been closed throughout the pandemic, earlier this year. It is now set to reopen Nov. 4.
According to Sandals, guests with existing reservations at the Sandals Royal Bahamian will be accommodated at any available Sandals Resorts property of their choice during the property's extended closure. Sandals will assume all airline change fees associated with any reservation relocations.
Sandals' other Bahamas-based property, the Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exuma, reopened in February.
