Nine travel advisors have been appointed to the Tourism Advisory Committee of the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority (ABTA), according to Dean Fenton, director of tourism.
The committee will be chaired by Brenda O'Neale of With This Ring Destination Weddings and Honeymoon Travel. She will be joined on the panel by Susan Berman, Berman Travel; Debra Hines-Brown,
SmartBird World Travel; Edouard Jean, Massive Travels; Niki Rakowitz,
Care Travel; Terry Strauss, Dedham Travel; Tom Varghese, Travel Tom;
Sanya Weston, Premier Travel Service Group; and Donna Borrelli, Hamden
Travel.
"I am heartened that this esteemed group has agreed to serve as advisors to our tourism fraternity for the next 12 months," Fenton said. "They bring to our tourism sector a deep understanding of the industry. Their knowledge of the ever-changing travel marketplace will help steer the ABTA as we make decisions to enhance our brand."
