Travel advisors will now be able to book Carnival Cruise Line's accessible staterooms on GoCCL.com, one of several new features being added to GoCCL Navigator.
Carnival said it also is easier to search, view and compare offers. For example, advisors can compare fares and benefits in a new "side-by-side offer comparison." Red tags will highlight special offers. Fares will feature a new, simple list of benefits and details.
The new features -- available on desktop and mobile -- were live for some advisors starting April 15. They will be available for all users by the end of the end of the week.
"The latest updates on GoCCL.com are based directly on advisors' feedback and make it easier than ever to match clients' needs with the perfect Carnival cruise to deliver exceptional service, all while saving time valuable time by doing it quickly online," said Adolfo Perez, Carnival's senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing.
