The first of Crystal's three new ships will be called the Crystal Grace and will sail an inaugural voyage on June 11, 2028.
The Crystal Grace is the luxury cruise line's first oceangoing newbuild in 25 years. It will be followed by two more, which were announced last year. Deliveries are scheduled for 2031 and 2032. Shipbuilder Fincantieri will construct all three.
The Crystal Grace's volume will be 61,800 gross tons, with a 650-passenger capacity at double occupancy. Dining on the ship will include Beefbar and Nobu's Umi Uma.
Crystal plans to share information about the ship's suite categories next month. The inaugural season will go on sale in April.
Crystal's current ships, the Serenity and the Symphony, debuted in 2003 and 1995, respectively. Both ships received major refurbishments under new owner A&K Travel Group and re-entered service in 2023.
Correction: Deliveries of the second and third new Crystal ships are scheduled for 2031 and 2032.
