Disney Cruise Line has agreed to homeport a new ship in Singapore.

Under a memorandum of understanding reached with the Singapore Tourism Board, Disney will base a ship in Singapore for five years starting in 2025.

Details about the ship, maiden voyage, itineraries and onboard experiences will be announced at a later date.

Singapore Tourism Board CEO Keith Tan said the new Disney ship "will be an attraction itself and is expected to boost the tourism sector in Singapore for many years to come."
