MSC Cruises has promoted Erin Douglas to U.S. senior vice president of trade sales, focusing on partnering with travel agencies and advisors. The promotion is effective May 12.

Douglas has been MSC's vice president of strategic partnerships. She joined the cruise line in 2022.
