NCL launches Bahamas cruise from Charleston, S.C.

The Norwegian Majesty will sail a new seven-day Bahamas and Florida itinerary from Charleston, S.C., from this fall through April 2009. The cruise replaces a three-port western Caribbean itinerary.

Starting Nov.15, the 1,462-passenger NCL ship will depart Charleston on Saturdays with stops in Grand Bahama Island; Nassau; Great Stirrup Cay, NCL’s private island in the Bahamas; and Port Canaveral, Florida.

This new itinerary goes on sale today. Guests with existing reservations on the Majesty this fall will automatically be moved to the new itinerary or they can cancel.
