PHOTOS: Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas unveiled

Travel Weekly cruise editor Andrea Zelinski is aboard Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas for a preview cruise ahead of the ship's maiden voyage from Miami on Jan. 27.

The Icon is the the world's largest ship at 250,800 gross tons and accommodates 5,610 passengers at double occupancy, with a maximum occupancy exceeding 7,500.

Royal Caribbean is touting the Icon as the ultimate family vacation, giving guests a resort experience at sea.

Following its maiden voyage, the Icon will sail weeklong Caribbean voyages roundtrip from Miami.
