After a decade-long hiatus, Royal Caribbean International will return to Los Angeles, with year-round cruises on the Navigator of the Seas starting in June 2022.
The ship will sail three-, four- and five-day itineraries to California's Catalina Island and Ensenada and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Seven-day winter-holiday sailings will feature overnights in Cabo.

"We're excited to return to Los Angeles to add bigger, bolder vacation options along the West Coast," said Michael Bayley, CEO of Royal Caribbean in a statement.
The Navigator's L.A. cruises will open for sale the week of March 29.
The Navigator received a $115 million renovation in 2019 as part of Royal Caribbean's Amplified program. The ship has a redesigned pool area anchored by the three-level Lime & Coconut bar; two waterslides that cantilever over the edges of the ship; and the first standalone blow-dry bar at sea, To Dry For.
