Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. said it has added new functionality to Espresso, its online booking system

Agents can now conduct a search for connecting staterooms; retrieve and process payments, invoices and dining arrangements on back-to-back bookings; and download guest e-docs, including luggage tags.

In addition, the Espresso system can reinstate and reschedule groups, or even individual bookings within a group, as well as change ships or departure dates for groups online.

The 2-year-old system also will now enable agents to view and allocate payments to a group's value-add package, so that agents can easily arrange optional services and amenities for groups.
