Royal Caribbean Group's first exclusive destination in the Southern Hemisphere is now on South Pacific itineraries from Australia beginning October 2027.
All South Pacific cruises from Brisbane and Sydney will visit the new destination — Royal Beach Club Lelepa — starting that month.
The island is in the nation of Vanuatu and will feature two beaches, one of which is adults-only, as well as 10 bars.
Water activities will include snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding, and there will also be a nature trail through the island. Renderings show volleyball courts and cornhole on the beach.
All-inclusive menus will feature "Royal Caribbean classics as well as a little bit of local authentic flair," said Steven Picone, senior manager of product development at Royal Caribbean.
The Voyager of the Seas will sail from Brisbane, and the Anthem of the Seas will sail from Sydney. Cruises for 2027-28 on the two ships are now on sale.
Other private destinations in the pipeline for Royal Caribbean include beach clubs in Santorini and Cozumel, Mexico, both scheduled to open this year.
The company is also developing a second "Perfect Day" destination in Mahahual, Mexico.
