Seabourn will change its complimentary champagne to Montaudon Brut fleetwide by the end of summer, replacing Nicholas Feuillatte.

The non-vintage Montaudon Brut is a blend of 40% pinot noir, 35% pinot meunier and 25% chardonnay that is cellar-aged for two years, Seabourn said.

The new champagne follows on the heels of the introduction of Regiis Ova caviar for Seabourn's caviar service, which is also available for no additional charge.
