Silversea Cruises has ordered the Silver Dawn, a 596-passenger Muse-class ship, for delivery in late 2021.

The ship, to be built by Fincantieri for about $384 million, is a follow-on to the Silver Muse, which entered service in April 2017.

Silversea has already ordered a follow-on to the Muse, the Silver Moon, scheduled for delivery in 2020.

Company chairman Manfredi Lefebvre said the order brings Silversea one step closer to fulfilling his father's dream of a 12-ship fleet. The luxury line has nine ships currently.
