Two Majestic Princess cruises made available for non-Chinese: Travel Weekly

Princess Cruises has added two 2018 sailings of the Majestic Princess that are open for purchase by non-Chinese passengers.

The two 14-day Grand Asia voyages sailing between Shanghai and Singapore will depart Feb. 25 and March 11, 2018.

Available to guests worldwide, these sailings will visit Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and Thailand.

The 3,560-passenger Majestic Princess was built to cater primarily to Chinese guests.

On May 21, the Majestic Princess will embark on the "Silk Road Sea Route," a 49-day journey from Rome to Shanghai. During the voyage, the ship will visit 22 ports, including Athens, Dubai, Cochin, Singapore, Port Klang and Xiamen before arriving in Shanghai, the ship's homeport in China.

The Majestic Princess will begin its first cruise from China on July 11.
