DELTA AIR LINES is boosting its service to Cancun
from Atlanta April 12. On that date, the airline plans to introduce
a Saturday-only nonstop roundtrip Atlanta-Cancun flight aboard a
737-800 aircraft with room for 150 passengers in a single-class
configuration. The new flight will be in addition to the two daily
Atlanta-Cancun flights offered by Delta's code-share partner,
Aeromexico. Meanwhile, Delta announced it will use a bigger plane
for its Saturday nonstop roundtrip from Cincinnati-Northern
Kentucky Airport to Cancun. The flight will be operated using a 757
aircraft with room for 183 passengers in a two-class configuration.
Delta began the service last summer using a 737 with room for 148
passengers.
AEROMEXICO VACATIONS launched a "second person
flies free" promotion for clients booking a six- to 14-night
package to Mexico by Feb. 21 for travel through June 30. All
packages include roundtrip air on Aeromexico (including a free
roundtrip ticket for a second person), hotel accommodations,

The winning agency/agent will be notified by May 30.
